Purpose of the Event
Our fundraiser will highlight the progress of the AHEC’s mission to educate about the history and lessons of the Holocaust and to create a more just and compassionate world that recognizes the humanity of every individual. We are creating an immersive experience that will take place on September 10, 2024.
By joining our host committee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this event. Your role as a host committee member will be to:
- Promote and Market: You will have access to various marketing and promotional materials that will generate awareness of our event, including invitations, flyers, and social media posts. You will also be involved in public relations efforts to attract attendees and generate buzz.
- Leverage Your Network: You will use your connections to encourage friends, family, and colleagues to purchase tickets and attend the event. This may involve reaching out to personal and professional networks, using social media and other communication channels.
- Sponsorship and Donor Cultivation: You will be tasked with securing sponsorships and donations for the event, as well as cultivating relationships with donors and supporters to ensure ongoing support for the organization’s mission and programs.
