AHEC’s teacher workshops are rigorous, scholarly professional development experiences led by renowned Holocaust experts. Educators receive PowerSchool credit and certificates of completion equipping them with the tools and knowledge to teach the Holocaust with accuracy, sensitivity, and depth. These workshops deepen participants’ understanding of history and human behavior, strengthen classroom delivery, and help foster critical thinking, empathy, and inclusive dialogue in schools across Alabama.
