Virtual Reality

The Alabama Holocaust Education Center invites you to witness history in a way few ever have—through an immersive Virtual Reality (VR) journey that brings you face-to-face with the memory of Auschwitz.

Through groundbreaking VR technology, visitors are transported to Auschwitz as it exists today. Guided by Holocaust survivor Fritzie Fritzshall, you’ll walk alongside her through the haunting grounds of the concentration camp where she was imprisoned. In this powerful, deeply personal experience, Fritzie shares her firsthand account of survival, loss, and resilience. Her story offers a vital window into the horrors of the Holocaust—and the strength of the human spirit.

This immersive exhibit is available for individual visitors and group tours at the Alabama Holocaust Education Center. Whether you’re a student, educator, or lifelong learner, this experience offers a moving opportunity to connect with history in an unforgettable way.
