Trip Terms & Conditions: Berlin to Poland
October 9 – 19, 2026
1. Deposit & Payment Schedule
- A 40% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on
the trip. - The remaining balance is due no later than June 1, 2026.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made before May 1, 2026 will receive a refund of all payments made,
excluding the 10% deposit. - Cancellations after this date are nonrefundable unless a replacement participant is found.
3. Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance (including trip cancellation, medical, and emergency
evacuation coverage) is strongly recommended.
4. Inclusions
- Lodging, ground transportation, selected meals, admission to scheduled activities, and
guide services are included. - Airfare to and from Europe is not included.
5. Health & Safety
- All participants must be able to walk and stand for extended periods. Please notify us in
advance of any mobility, medical concerns or special accommodations needed.
6. Itinerary
- The itinerary is subject to change due to local conditions, weather, or other unforeseen
events.
7. Documentation
- A valid passport is required. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months
beyond your return date (i.e., through April 20, 2027). - Any required visas are the responsibility of the traveler.
